Blossoms in a cup
OK! Lots of updates. First off, Warped Tour was AMAZING. )

Secondly, this is what I've been doing all summer. )

Thirdly, oh my god, about Panic at the Disco... )

Fourthly, updates about Matt and my appearance have to share a cut. )

Finally, my plans for July 15th/16th. )

There, that should keep you filled for a couple days.
Blossoms in a cup
Some people say their first kiss is breath-taking. Casts them away from everything sensible, logical, tangible. For me, it was just a little less than that. I was living in that moment. I could feel everything in the room. I could feel every beat of your heart, your chest touching mine. Every touch of your calloused fingertips on my spine, I could feel. Every gasping breath from our lips, I could feel, enveloping me in a shroud of pure decadence. I could see everything, too. I could see my own raging desire reflected back at me through your mirrored eyes, and your apathy in mine. The flashes of electricity dancing across my field of view, the way our hands locked like puzzle pieces. I could see all that. I could see that one drop of sweat, rolling down your temple. Could see the disheveled mop of hair, the kind I love the most. Could see your hipbones tenting the thick blanket that covered us. The sounds were the least of it all. Not a syllable was uttered. A sigh once, a muffled nudge of feet touching involuntarily. Nothing profound. A mix of scents were all I could smell. A huge combination of all too familiar ones, and a few new ones. Spontaneity, excitement, danger, ardor. Lacking was compassion, genuineness. Everything you have ever felt I could taste in those moments. Your life story on my tongue. Anything unexplainable was made clear, everything "better left unsaid" was screamed, and every secret I'd wanted to tell you was told in the seconds that our lips touched. Every irrational fear I'd ever had was banished when we were connected. I can still taste the more natural elements of it all, the saliva, the hour old alcohol, fruity and masculin at the same time. It was like nothing else. Thank you for that.
